Goodradigbee proudly launched the new year with an unforgettable cultural camp, hosting 40 participants for a four-day experience at Glenrock Scout Camp in Whitebridge, NSW, on Awabakal Country. The camp, held from 2nd-5th January 2025, marked the beginning of a vibrant year of cultural connection and celebration.

The event was a heartwarming display of culture and community, with leaders and children/young people coming together to share traditions and enjoy a variety of activities. Participants immersed themselves in swimming, traditional Indigenous games, Aboriginal dance, weaving, and art—celebrating the rich heritage of our people.

We loved witnessing the bonds formed as children and young people connected with each other and embraced a shared cultural identity. The success of this camp has us excited for what’s to come, including our upcoming Teen Camp and school holiday programs.
